LT Chauffeurs Service Rates Across London & the UK
Important: please review the following details carefully to understand our pricing structure and service policies.
- All listed prices are exclusive of VAT, and 20% VAT will be applied where applicable.
- Rates are calculated from the Central London area, unless otherwise stated.
- Hourly and daily hire services are charged base-to-base (Central London).
- Parking fees, tolls, or any additional charges incurred during the journey will be added to the final invoice and are payable by the client.
- Airport pickup services are subject to a £15 + VAT surcharge, which includes meet-and-greet service, up to 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time after flight landing, and £8.50 parking fee.
- For all other journeys, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included. After this period, waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate for the selected vehicle category, billed in 15-minute increments.
- A £15 Congestion Charge (also referred to as the Cleaner Air Charge payable to TfL) will apply if the journey takes place within the London Congestion Zone (C Zone).
- Minimum charges apply to single journeys only.
- Hourly bookings require a minimum hire of 4 hours, while daily hire is defined as a minimum of 8 hours per day.
- All bookings must be prepaid, and services are provided strictly in accordance with our terms and conditions. We kindly ask that you review these terms before confirming your reservation.
