Welcome to LT Chauffeurs. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Services

• Quotes and Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. A contract for our transport services is only formed once we have sent you a formal booking confirmation.

• Service Delivery: We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle for one of equal or higher specification (e.g., upgrading from Business Class to First Class) should your requested vehicle become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Fixed Fares: Our prices are quoted per vehicle, completely fixed, and fully transparent. There are no hidden fees.

• Payment Terms: Payment must be settled in full prior to the journey unless you hold an approved corporate account with us. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

• Additional Charges: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by themselves or their party. A valeting fee will be applied if the vehicle is left in an unreasonable condition.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

• Client Cancellations: We understand that plans change. You may cancel your booking without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the journey.

• Modifications: Any changes to the itinerary (such as additional stops or severe route deviations) requested on the day of travel must be agreed upon with the chauffeur and may incur additional charges.

4. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

• Flight Delays: We actively monitor commercial flight arrivals. We include complimentary waiting time (typically 60 minutes) after the flight has landed.

• Force Majeure: LT Chauffeurs will not be held liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, extreme traffic congestion, road closures, or industrial action.

5. Passenger Conduct and Safety

• Luggage: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their requested vehicle class can accommodate their luggage.

• Behavior: Our chauffeurs have the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who behaves in an abusive, dangerous, or heavily intoxicated manner, without a refund.

• Seatbelts: By UK law, all passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
